Services include: RN’s, nursing assistance; 24-hour Continuous Care (in-home, assisted living facilities, 55+ senior resident facilities), 24-hour In-Patient Care (free standing unit), Social Worker, Chaplains, volunteers, medical equipment, medical supplies, and bereavement support services. We also provide 24 hour on-call support with visits if necessary.

Responsive Staff: Our team will respond to informational and direct referrals from anyone within 12 hours, usually it is within 2-3 hours.
Educated Staff: We have the most experienced and certified hospice healthcare care staff in the area. Our turnover is low and we love what we do. At Agape we provide educational in-services (along with CEUs) for healthcare providers and community associations.
